10 oz canned chicken, drained
1 Tbs red wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 c (???) water
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Heat everything together in a saucepan and serve with all the fixins.
The original recipe calls for fresh chicken that you cook & keep the liquid in the pan. I didn't have any on hand, so I used canned. I didn't think about the lack of liquid and it was a bit dry, so I'm guessing on the amount of water to add next time.
