My friend Shelly hosted all our learning circle families for a swim party last summer (or two summers ago??) and served the BEST grilled chicken. I wanted to keep eating it all night long, and I mostly did. She was kind enough to share her recipe, so here 'tis!
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c olive oil
1 can sprite
1 Tbs garlic powder or minced garlic
2 Tbs horseradish
Marinate frozen chicken tenders for a day or two, then grill 'em up!
